BaseCuatro provides a module for controlling of consummables and its related costs.

- Indirect consummables, such as for example: oils, abrasives, frequent spare parts, cutting tools. For example, you might compare the tooling cost-per-part of any part number, being able to compare one cutting tool brand against the same cutting tool of another brand.

- Direct consummables, such as raw material, direct components.

- Consummed energy, per machine, line or cell, over time, with peaks and low consumption periods, even per produced part, segmented by part number; operator, production order, machine etc.
