Bridge - Type milling machines, up to 5 axis (3 axis linear + 2 axis rotary head). Travels up to X=8000mm; Y=4750mm

The machines are equipped with preloadable rolling skids, over 60HRC guiding lines. This top end configuration for a milling machine assures precision, even after years of rough milling works or repetitive production in HSM. In case of any wearing, loading the rollers is possible again in a maintenance operation and the width would de adjusted.

All structural parts in the machine are cast iron -GJL250 spec, without any welded structures, sized to guarantee stability against vibrations and deformations.

Access to machined parts from 5 sides with extreme ram and head rigidity.

Several head types to be chosen; the machine can even be configured with automatic head exchange, commanded by CNC.

Machine installation without civil works. The machine can be configured focused on civil works economy.

Bridge height can also be configured depending on project, in order to optimize required ram robustness against vibration harmonics. Machines are calculated following finite elements studies.
